Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy’s PTA E-Commerce Policy Statement

(Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy PTA hereafter referred to as “Hillel PTA”)

 

 

Hillel PTA takes privacy and data protection issues seriously. We have designed this privacy policy to explain how we and our third party processors handle personally identifiable information collected from users of our on-line commerce systems. As our products and services evolve, we may revise this policy. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this website so please check back regularly. This privacy policy covers Hillel PTA’s treatment of personal identifiable information collected from users of its on-line commerce systems. We may ask for your contact information (such as your name, street address and email address) as well as credit card and /or bank account information. Hillel PTA uses the information collected to process payment transactions to facilitate billing and otherwise deliver the payment and/or billing services via Authorize.net http://www.authorize.net/company/privacy/and Heartland Payment Systems (http://www.heartlandpaymentsystems.com/Privacy-Policy) and will not send you any unsolicited information to the email addresses you provide except as mentioned below:

• Electronic copy of payment receipts
• Electronic copy of payment failures

Protecting personally identifiable information about our supports is an important part of our school and we do not share and do not disclose such information.

 

Personally identifiable donor information is shared with third parties (such as banks and credit card processors mentioned above) only to the extent necessary for Hillel PTA to receive payment and/or billing services.

 

We also may release personally identifiable information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law or protect the rights, property, or safety of Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information for fraud protection and risk reduction.

 

 

Information security is critical to our business. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts information you input. Hillel PTA does not store information gathered on this site. We and our vendors use firewalls, intrusion detection systems and database level encryption technology to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.

 

All donations, sponsorships, tickets, and wristband purchases are non-refundable / non-returnable.

 

 

All tickets and will be at will call the day of the event.
