I am so excited to share with you a little about our upcoming PTA Book Fair at Barnes and Noble at the Grove! Please mark your calendars for Sunday April 29, 2012 from 1 – 4 pm for our 4th annual End of Year Book Fair. Bring your families, friends and neighbors for a day full of fun and reading. We are having a children's author presentation for the younger children, as well as possibly a question and answer session with the author for the Middle School students, some fun activities (maybe a scavenger hunt) for the children, and the teachers' summer reading lists for each grade level will be available. Our school gets a portion of everything purchased on this day, so stock up on books for yourself, your children, your nieces and nephews, gifts for everyone you know, CD's and DVD's, or even educational games. Just mention Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy at the cash register and we will be on our way to getting some wonderful books to enhance our Ella Mermelstein Family Library! In addition to the In-Store Book Fair the entire week following it is our On-Line Book Fair, where a portion of all your purchases online at www.bn.com/bookfair also goes to our library.
