Rabbi Zalman Solomon

Rabbi Zalman Solomon teaches 3rd Grade Judaic Studies. He has been teaching at Hillel since 2001. Rabbi Solomon studies in Nachlat Har Chabad in Israel and Yeshivat Ohr Elchanan in Los Angeles. He received his Rabbinic Ordination from the Central Lubavitch Yeshiva in Brooklyn, NY. Rabbi Solomon is married and the proud father of 5 children. Teaching is Rabbi Solomon's passion and he loves to learn Jewish law. Rabbi Solomon favorite foods are chicken and chips! Rabbi Solomon loves the saying "when you are in the forest, you do not see the trees" and believes this is so true of our perspective on life and teaches an important lesson that we must try to see and appreciate the trees (family, friends) around us every day.
