Registration Fees

There is a $700 registration fee per student in K'Tan Tan through 8th grade.

The registration fee for Parent and Me is $100 per student. Please see attached direction page for payment instructions.

Due Dates

Registration forms and fees must be received by January 20, 2012. After this date a late fee of $300 will be added. New student applications will be considered after January 20, 2012 and must be accompanied by the $700 registration fee (or the $100 for Parent & Me). Registration fees are non refundable.

Multi-Child Discount

10% discount on tuition of the 3rd child attending our school

15% discount on tuitions of the 4th child and each additional child

Give/wolunteer/Raise

All families are required to volunteer 15 hours in the school.

Families who wish to opt out of the volunteer hours may donate or raise $1,200.

Please indicate your selection on the registration form so that your contract can be drafted accordingly.

Payment Plans

Please indicate your payment preference on the online reigsitration form.

1. Pre-Pay Option: Full payment by cash, check or credit card by August 1, 2012. Please note that there is no credit card fee being charged with this option. We are also offering the following discount:
* 3% discount on tuition fees will only be applied for families who pay in full prior to June 1, 2012.

2. Installment Option: Ten monthly automatic deductions from your checking or savings account, or debits to your credit card beginning September 2012 made through FACTS.
Please note that there is a nominal fee of $38.00 to use the FACTS service. If you choose to pay by credit card, FACTS charges a 2.5% fee. FACTS forms will be included in your tuition contract package and must be returned to the school by August 1, 2012.

Financial Aid

The financial aid application is online at www.hillelhebrew.org, under the Admission tab. Please be aware that financial aid applications must be completed prior to May 1, 2012 to be considered.
